We love to reward our patients for good behavior!  Our Smile Cards are a way for us to do this.  Your goal is to get a signature each time you come to an appointment. When your Smile Card is full, you receive a $10 gift card!  We have a variety of gift cards to choose from and you get to pick which one you want!

How do you receive a signature at the time of your orthodontic appointment?

1. You must arrive on time to your appointment.
2. You cannot have anything loose or broken.
3. You mush have EXCELLENT oral hygiene. (No food, plaque or swollen gums)

Bring your card with you each visit and hand it to your assistant to see if your eligible for a signature.
